Private booking course Form

Make sure to read this before selecting the Private Booking course. There is no deposit for other courses. However, conditions for the Private Booking course differ. In case of a sudden cancelation for any reason, the sushi restaurant may be left without any sales prospects for that day. Please understand that reservations are made months in advance and most restaurants will have no option but to close the business for the day in case of a cancellation.

Once your trip plans have been established, please send the deposit (JPY 200,000). Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt.

The remainder (JPY 300,000) is due 7 days prior to your reservation date. Failure to pay the remaining balance will be deemed a cancellation.

 Your deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to your reservation date, for any reason. Payments are to be made via PayPal or Wise to: booking@sushiuniversity.jp

(Cancellation policy)

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. However cancellations made within two days of the reservation date are subject to the following cancellation fees:

- 2 Days before reservation: 50% of the remaining balance of JPY 200,000

- 1 day before and day of reservation: 100% of the remaining balance of JPY 300,000

Please make sure you agree to all of these conditions before making your reservation.
