Pilipinas Kong Mahal Ang Ganda Project Crowdfunding is a Debt-Based Crowdfunding.

It allows raising funds to support a project (Pilipinas Kong Mahal Ang Ganda Local Travel & Tourism) through small loans (Php 500 = 1 unit) with interest equivalent to 7.8% interest per annum (Bank Lending Rate in October, 2024).

Moreover, backers or sponsors can convert their funds into equity (stocks or company shares) when the project is converted as a corporation after one year period of project incubation.

This transaction shall be covered by a Debt Agreement.
