Securing Your Place
A deposit of 25% confirms your spot at the retreat. This deposit is non-refundable, as it helps us cover the preparation and venue commitments made on your behalf.
Cancellations by Participants
More than 60 days before the retreat: You’ll receive a full refund of any balance paid (excluding the deposit).
30–60 days before the retreat: 50% of the balance will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds are available, as all arrangements will have been finalized.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to offer a credit toward a future retreat.
Cancellations by Organizers
If we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
Minimum Numbers
This retreat is designed to be an intimate group experience. We require a minimum of 6 participants for the retreat to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not met, the retreat will be cancelled, and all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.
Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
The remaining balance is due 45 days (6 weeks) before the retreat begins.
For bookings made after this date, full payment is required at the time of registration.
