Use this form to surrender a 5k time for any 5k distance. Your time will appear in an overall list and also within an age graded list. The route you choose could be an existing parkrun - Mallards, Lydney, Severn Bridge etc or a route near you that you have measured with your gps device (best to do it a couple of times to check it's accuracy). You should chose a route with a net downhill drop of no more than 5m.
