Education Room/Courtyard Workshop Application Form
This form is to apply to hold a workshop in the Education Room or Courtyard at Walford Mill Crafts.  

IMPORTANT – this form is not a booking form, and is subject to review and approval, therefore please await confirmation before proceeding with your plans.

Our Education Room is available to rent for workshops at a rate of £75 per day Wed to Sat and £65 for a Sunday to include a non-refundable deposit of £35 Wed to Sat and £30 for a Sunday. The room is suitable for around 8-10 students although the space is very flexible.  It is available Wednesday to Saturday 10.00am to 4.30pm and Sunday 11.00am to 3.30pm.  

A space in our courtyard of up to 6m by 6m can be rented for outdoor workshops for £45 for the day.  

You promote your class through your own social media feeds and website, and we will list the class on the Mill website and on social media where possible.

Student bookings and payment are handled directly by you.

Our onsite café can also offer tea, coffee and snacks.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance.  Note - If applying for PLI, and successful in your application - you will need to provide a copy prior to the event date(s) you have applied for.  You will not be permitted to run a workshop without Public Liability Insurance. *

I understand that if successful in my application, I will need to complete a Risk Assessment prior to setting up the event.  Failure to complete will mean that I am unable to rent the Education Room and any deposit received will be non-refundable. *
I understand that in applying to rent the Education Room at Walford Mill Crafts, this does not secure my place and I will receive notification once the application has been approved.
Upon confirmation I will be asked to sign Walford Mill's Terms and Conditions of rental and I will make payment of the non-refundable deposit to secure my booking. 
The cost of hiring the education room is £75 per day (Wed-Sat) and £65 per day (Sun).  The daily courtyard rental rate is £45.
