Terms and Conditions: • Optional boxed lunches planned for day 5 and 6. $10 USD collected on bus per passenger per lunch.•    Deposit total is $450.  Final payment due no later then 45 days before departure. Deposits are non refundable (and owing) and are not transferable  unless the trip is canceled.. No refunds of any kind 45 days prior to departure. These payments are our security deposits. If refunds are granted it an put the entire trip at risk. Third party trip cancellation insurance may be an option for you, but we will do our best to help everyone out when possible. •  Prices on website are estimated and may go up slightly depending on exchange rate, hotel rates and bus charter rate.• Our rates are in Canadian dollars but some expenses are paid in USA currency. So if the Canadian dollar were to fall below .75 cents against the American dollar at the time of you paying in full, we will have to adjust your rate accordingly.• Prices include transportation to destinations in itinerary and accommodation. • JW Travels not responsible  for alterations in the itinerary due to inclement weather, bus mechanical issues or "time and unforeseen occurrences". JW Travels is solely your tour organizer, much like a travel agent. Your chartered bus and tour guide will do there best to adhere to JW Travels itinerary when circumstances allow. JW Travels is not responsible for delays or deviations from third parties.• Please remember to bring valid identification for the border (passport). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to cross into the United States and that laws have not changed regarding what identification you need.
