A Rhea Lana’s VIP Processor will hang, tag, store, and transport your items to the event — the real game changer!
Please pack clothing by gender and size for drop-off.
Items are typically priced at 25–50% of retail, based on brand and condition.
There is a $16.50 consignor fee (deducted from your check) to cover supplies like hangers, pins, and tags.
Each consignor number allows up to 200 items.

Big Items
Must be baby equipment, large toys, or furniture
Must be priced $25 or more
Clothes or shoes do not qualify
Items cannot be overpriced just to meet the $25 minimum
Examples: car seat, stroller, crib, bassinet, wagon, power wheels, bike, tricycle, electric scooter, play kitchen, mothers helper stool and other large toys.
Consignor Check: I understand my check will be available for pick-up at the end of the event and I agree to cash it within 60 days. If not picked up on check day, it will be mailed. If a mailed check is lost, a replacement will be issued minus the stop payment fee.
Unsold Items: I understand that I will choose on the VIP agreement whether unsold items are marked for donation.
Any items not marked for donation must be picked up during the Consignor Pick-Up time. If I choose not to donate, the VIP Processor is not responsible for returning unsold items to me. Any items not picked up at the designated time will be donated.
PLEASE READ – Quality Standards
Items that do not meet Rhea Lana’s quality standards will be donated immediately by your VIP Processor. You will receive a photo of unaccepted items before donation. We do not have space to store items that cannot be sold.
All items must be:
*Clean & freshly laundered
*Free of hair, stains, holes, or excessive wear
*Shoes: not dirty or heavily scuffed
*Toys: must work (batteries available for $1 if needed)
*Strollers & car seats: clean and wiped down
“Bag of Grace” Policy:
Your VIP Processor will use one Walmart plastic bag as your “Bag of Grace” for unacceptable clothing items.
• If all rejected items fit in one bag → no extra fee• If more than one bag is needed → $10 excessive sorting fee per extra bag, in addition to the $16.50 consignor fee
You will receive a photo of rejected items if this occurs.
This policy is in place to protect our Processors. Sorting fees are paid out to the Processor, if incurred.
