Trans Aid Cymru Concerns & Complaints form
This form is a way for anyone to raise a concern or submit a complaint with us. We take all of these seriously and we appreciate the feedback we receive from the community so that we can improve the way we work and our services.

Please provide as much detail as you are able to, as this enables us to deal with it most effectively. You don't have to answer any questions you don't want to, and you can submit the complaint anonymously and we will consider your concerns, but we won't be able to respond to let you know the actions taken without some contact details.
