Please use this form to sign up to play Futsal in Term 1.

By signing up on this form, you are not only registering your interest in playing Futsal, but you are also committing yourself to play in a team for the entire season (Term 1). Before signing up, please ensure you will be available for games.

The Year 7/8 competition starts on Wednesday, 12th February. Games are between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.

The cost for 9 weeks of competition is approximately $60 per person, dependant on team sizes (finishes 9th April)

This form will close on Wednesday 8th February so please ensure you sign up before then if you wish to play.
