Bots will be publically published on my profile once they are completed. Any information not provided will be guessed (I will not contact for additional information that isnt filled out on the form).

- First of all I have no real restrictions. However, Janitor AI have a TOS and bots can be forcibly private if they do not follow these rules. If this happens I will not be held responsible for this.

- Profile pictures on JanitorAI dont outside of chats if they contain nsfw imagery. Because of this I will crop any nsfw images to ideally the characters heads, or if its multiple characters/ requested, I will sensor the image to the best of my abilities.

- I DO put images in my bot's description, however as of 16/04/2025 they are only visible to the bot creator. I will always put images in my bots description just in case this gets changed in the future, but until then images will be invisible in bot descriptions.

- Payments will be 100% upfront before I begin making the bot. Refunds will not be available at any point after payment.

- Price negotiations will not be welcome. I try to make my bots at a consistent standard and thus wont do less.
