PC Foundation Request for Assistance
The PC Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Madison, Wisconsin (USA), providing fiscal sponsorship, organizational mentoring, and financial assistance to individuals and groups who support our groups social justice perspectives and mission. Please use the form below to submit an your Request for Assistance.  There is no deadline, and it is o.k. to apply more than once.  The PC Foundation will respond to your request as soon as we are able to.  Note that as a Fiscal Sponsor we apply a nominal 5% transaction fee to donations we receive and process for you.  If you elect to use our PayPal button to collect donations, transactions will be subject to PayPal's nonprofit fee of 1.99% + $0.49 per transaction.

Fiscal Sponsorship (allow PC Foundation to collect donations on your behalf, providing record keeping, bank transfers, and option for tax-deductible donations. 2. Organizational Mentoring - We can put you in touch with other groups who are also growing, and answer questions about becoming a nonprofit. 3. Financial Assistance - We have small grants available upon request and approval by the PC Foundation Board of Directors.
