Our Kids Camp at Burn Boot Camp Oxford is designed to get children moving, build confidence, and have fun—all in a safe, high-energy environment.
This camp introduces kids to the basics of fitness through age-appropriate exercises, games, and team challenges. From obstacle courses and agility drills to bodyweight movements like squats, jumping jacks, and relay races, every session keeps kids engaged while improving strength, coordination, and endurance.
We focus on:
- Fun first – Every workout feels like play, not pressure
- Confidence building – Kids gain a sense of accomplishment as they try new movements
- Healthy habits – Teaching the importance of movement and staying active
- Teamwork & encouragement – Creating a positive, supportive atmosphere
Classes are led by Burn Bootcamp Staff who ensure proper form, safety, and lots of encouragement along the way. Whether your child is new to fitness or already active, this program meets them where they are and helps them grow stronger—physically and mentally.

July 13th-17th (Monday-Friday) from 10:30am-11:15am.
$50 per child- includes a t-shirt. Sibling discount --$10 off per sibling. Ex. 1 child-$50, 2 children-$90
Ages 4-12
**Children 8 years and older may be dropped off. For children under 8 years old, parents must remain on site.

Once your child is registered, a team member will contact you to receive payment and sign a waiver.
