To complete the facilitation portion of the TLA Certificate, a two-hour workshop is required. The workshop can be in-person or online but must include at least three students. Your students are requested to fill an evaluation that you will include with your self-evaluation at the final stage of the program. (In some cases, if cleared with the certificate committee, you may facilitate a shorter workshop and write one or two additional blog posts.)  

Once you have completed and submitted this form, the Certificate Committee will determine if the proposal is approved and/or some adjustments are needed. A response can take up to two weeks; please plan your workshop timing accordingly.
