Commission Form
Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Before we begin please read through the guidelines and rules.

- Commissions are first come first served.

- I specialize in tattoo designs especially of the Occult, Macabre and Witchy aesthetics. You can visit my Website or social medias for more examples of my work such as Instagram. I am open to doing other graphic designs, but please keep in mind, some styles are not within my abilities and will be turned down.

- Commercial work (Album art, Band Posters, Cover art, Merch Design etc. ) will be charged at a different rate. Please contact me via serafine.lea@gmail.com for further information.

- Time Line: Reply Emails to accept your commission may take 24-48 hours, and can contain questions from me. Please check your email, but don't fret if it takes a day or two. Sketches will be sent first to make sure I am on the right track and once accepted an invoice will be sent via PayPal. Commissions are completed in order received, so there may be a wait time: I will let you know in the reply email where you are in line.
Standard pieces take up to two weeks from the date accepted to account for any life emergencies, although they may be finished sooner. Files Will be sent upon completion of the commission to the provided email. More complex pieces may require longer timelines.

-Pricing & Deposits: All Prices are dependent upon complexity of the design. General guides for portrait or full body pieces are shown below but should be taken as a guideline, not a rule. Quotes will be given in email after sketches are agreed upon. Deposits are taken up front to ensure I am paid for my time, but the cost goes towards the total. (Ex: You put down a deposit of $50. I work on the sketches and determine the total to be $200. Your next invoice would be for the remaining $150.)

- Tattoo Permission form : A tattoo permission form will be added to the final email and final illustrations to prove proof of purchase to any Tattoo Artist from this date forward (8/12/2022)

Rules
Deposits:
Unfortunately $50 deposits will be required and non-refundable *but* the deposit does go towards the cost of your tattoo. This ensures I am paid for my time even if the client may have an emergency and not be able to afford the whole cost.

-Some styles and subjects are not within my abilities and will be turned down. While I could learn it, I feel like it would be a disservice to clients to get a piece I didn’t totally understand.
Subjects/Styles I won't do:

X Other artists' Styles
X NSFW subjects
X Hyper Realism
X Human Faces/ Portraits

-Some prices are subject to change based on complexity. A skull is not as complex nor has as many small parts as a whole skeleton. I will be happy to discuss complex designs with you.

-Payment is taken via Paypal Invoices
-Payment is also non-refundable.

Revision fee
- If revisions need to happen after the design sketches have been agree upon between client & Artist than the client will required to supply a revision fee. This fee covers the time it takes to re-make large portions.

1-2 Small revisions: free
Medium revisions or multiple revisions above 2  : $50.00
Large Revisions to be discussed with artist: $75.00
