Oz Comic-Con Fanclub Application 2025
You’ve made it to the 2025 Fan Club Application form! There are limited Fan Club spaces available at each show, so read on to make sure you qualify for a space. If you have any questions about the following application please email info@ozcomiccon.com with your inquiries.
In the past, we’ve been able to offer these spaces at no cost, and we’ve loved seeing fan communities come together to share their passions. Unfortunately, due to increasing event costs, we’ve had to introduce a small fee to help cover the essential build costs of these spaces in 2025.

We’ve worked hard to keep this fee as minimal as possible while still ensuring that fan clubs can continue to have a presence at the show.


In order to be considered for a Fan Club space,  you must meet the following criteria:
1.    Provide an engaging feature for Oz Comic-Con fans outside of your club promotion. This can include free activities on your stand, willingness to take part with scheduled panel content, line queue entertainment (before doors open), participation in scavenger hunt & bingo activities, or displays for fans to take photos with or on.
2.    Promote your attendance to your current fan base including via your social media pages and email database (if applicable).
3.    Your group/club cannot be a for profit organisation.  

Applications are assessed and prioritised based on the level of engaging/interactive content proposed in the application below and any changes to your application will need to go through review before any acceptance in the event. Filling out this application does not guarantee a space at the event. Oz Comic-Con reserves the right to cancel or alter any space offer at any time for any reason.
