(1) 健檢時間：114/9/10~9/12上午7:30~11:30，共計3天。

(2)   受檢資格：114/3/31(含)，在職員工。(不用報名)

(3)   健檢費用：1500元/人。(員工免費)

(4)   健檢地點：一樓大廳門口、大廳、會議室區域。

(5)   健檢內容：共計30大項93細項。(如附件)

(6)   報名方式：其他人員，請點選連結或掃描QR Code報名。
