*** Last minute reservation (2 days before the picnic) is subject to availability, and it has an additional $50 fee

 Please remember after your form is received, we may take up to 24-72 hours to get back to you on your desired contact form. Once we have reached out to confirm a booking date you will have 3 days in order to finish your booking process. If the hold fee is not received, your reservation will not be confirmed, and the date will be open for all new clients. *

We require a hold fee to confirm and secure your reservation. The hold fee is not part of the picnic price and refundable only after the picnic to guarantee the equipment is left on the same original condition.           *

  • $75 6-10 guests 
  • $100 11 or more guests
By sending the hold fee you are acknowledging given the case your picnic is cancelled your fee will be forfeited.
