Troop 370 2025 Sea Base St. Thomas Sign Up
In 2025, Troop 370 will be travelling to Sea Base St. Thomas to participate in a great High Adventure. The trip has a limited number of slots available. We will conduct a lottery for all who sign up and pay the deposit by February 7, 2024.

Adults are needed and welcome to attend however, troop policy is that adults going on High Adventure trips must be registered members of the troop, have completed position specific training for their registered adult position and agree to complete training required for the specific adventure they select (Wilderness First Aid, Safety Afloat, etc.). Adult leadership will be selected by the Troop Committee and slots are not awarded on a first come, first serve basis.

Sea Base St. Thomas Sailing Adventure, June 23-28, 2025, $2,400 
Experience the allure of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Here, the trade winds blow, offering some of the best sailing in the world. Upon arrival, your crew will board a 40-foot plus vessel with an experienced captain. Most crews attain the 50 Miler Award as they circumnavigate the crystal blue waters surrounding the island of St. John. In addition to sailing, your unit will snorkel pristine coral reefs, hike in Virgin Islands National Park, swim ashore to incredible beaches, and more!

A $200 deposit is due at registration with additional payments of $750 due 8/1/24, $750 due 12/1/24 and $700 due 3/1/25. The final cost of the adventure is subject to change based on future contracted costs for air fare and other expenses. The $200 deposit is refundable up to April 1, 2024. 

Fees can be offset by participating in our pine straw sale fundraiser or by selling camp cards or popcorn. If your Scout has need there are camperships available upon request. Payment can be made online using the Troop's Venmo or PayPal account or checks can be delivered to Harry Evans or Emory Boyd.

If you use the Troop 370 Venmo or PayPal accounts, be sure to put your Scout's name and indicate which High Adventure trip it is for in the comment field.
