Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Start your day in a grounded fashion with a guided mindfulness meditation session.  This session will be appropriate for beginners as well as those with an established meditation practice.  Mindfulness is a secular awareness practice that is increasingly being scientifically validated as a way to respond more favorably to stress and to ameliorate a wide variety of health issues.  The practice of mindfulness also fosters increased concentration, resilience, emotional intelligence, and insight.  You’ll leave with some practices that you can immediately incorporate into your daily life.

The session will be led by Robert Zeglovitch, J.D.  Bob practiced law for more than 30 years and has intensively studied and practiced mindfulness.  He has been trained in the teaching of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine’s Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society.  Bob has taught mindfulness to lawyers, law students, judges and general audiences.  His work in introducing mindfulness to his former colleagues at the Minneapolis law firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard was recognized in the ABA Journal.
