2026 Summer USTA Find a Team Form
Please fill out this form if you are looking to join a Capital Area USTA team for the 2026 Summer Mixed, Singles, or Tri-Level League. If you do not have a current NTRP rating, please self rate on the USTA website as you will need a valid rating to be placed on a team.

Your responses and contact information will be posted on the RTA website for captains looking to add players to their roster. By filling out this form, you consent to this publication. If at any time you would like to have your information removed, please email adultleagues@raleightennis.com. Duplicate submissions will be deleted; please do not submit more than one form.
