Getting Started

Nicole Spence, owner of Next Door Tutoring LLC, will personally match your child with the right tutor. Nicole is also a Resource Special Education Teacher for Manatee County Schools. Nicole will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your information and look forward to working with you! Please note: some in-person library locations may currently have a waitlist. 

If you are registering more than one child, please complete a separate form for each.

Tutoring Services Overview

In-Person Tutoring (Pre-K–12): Available at select library locations.
Online Tutoring (K to Adult Learners): All subjects available. College-level math, science, Reading and writing offered online. Conducted through Lesson Space, a secure and interactive platform.
High School and College-Level Tutoring ($50/hour): Subjects include math, science, and reading/writing.
Test Prep Services: EOCs, FAST Assessments, ACT, SAT, Praxis, FTCE, GED, GRE, and more. 
Our Team: 15 certified teachers with various licenses (available upon request), 4 experienced tutors in reading, math, and science, 1 bilingual paraprofessional, 2 future teachers, 5 medical students, and 4 retired teachers.

Payment Information

We accept Zelle payments at: nextdoortutoring22@gmail.com. Payments are due immediately after each session. Late payments may incur a $5.00 fee. Please include your student’s name and session date in the memo.
