Join Ecstatic Dance London crew! Help with set up/pack down and attend the session for free! Please note: crew spaces are limited. 
Crew requirement - you need to have attended at least two of our indoor events as a paying participant before you can join the crew to ensure you get a feel and experience what we offer before joining the crew.

Commitment - no regular commitment required, you can crew at all sessions, every week or just once or few times a month. You can choose and sign up to any events that fit your schedule so very flexible. Festival & Retreat spaces will be offered to crew members who've attended more regularly. 

What's expected of crew: crew tasks involve setting up and packing down sound/light/décor/other events equipment, help with front of house & welcome, pouring and handing out cacao, preparing and putting out fruit, topping up water etc. There are various tasks so not all involve heavy lifting and we will allocate these on the day of event. We welcome all abilities and ages! :) 

Crew guidelines & agreements: Enthusiasm for ecstatic dance :) punctuality, please show up on time, friendly, positive attitude, willingness to learn, awareness and ability to communicate in a kind-hearted and mature way, give and receive constructive feedback. 
Please note: all crew will be subject to a trial period and if we don't think you're a good fit for the crew and are unable to carry out crew tasks, we will let you know and of course you are welcome to join our future events as a paying participant.

*IMPORTANT: Do you run your own Ecstatic Dances / DJ or Facilitate any workshops?
IF YES, then unfortunately joining our crew won't be a good fit, however we will keep your details and contact you about potential collaborations for events.

How to Sign Up? - complete the below form and after submitting your answers, click on the link for 'SIGNUP' platform to select which dates/events you'd like to crew and confirm your place via Signup, click on Show more to see all crew details & timings. 

Retreat & Festival crew - please fill the below form and we'll be in touch with more info. Completing this form does not guarantee a crew space at upcoming retreat or festival.
