UTMUN 2026 Rolling Interest Application

Thinking of becoming a UTMUN 2026 Staff member? We are looking for driven, creative, and dedicated individuals to lead our 2026 conference.

Applications are being received on a rolling basis. Please note most committee roles have been filled. We will keep interested applicants in mind for any staff needs.

For a complete description of the roles, responsibilities, and expectations, please refer to the following document: UTMUN 2026 Roles Descriptions. Note that this is a non-exhaustive list. Additional roles and tasks may be added or redistributed at the discretion of the 2026 Branch Directors and USG-Academics.

For a full breakdown of each of UTMUN's four branches, refer to the What is UTMUN? section of the UTMUN website

Model UN Experience (Recommended): Experience in leadership and project/staff management. Any experience in writing for academic research and MUN content is a bonus!

NOTE: Applications for UTMUN Logistics Officer and Crisis Analyst positions are open to all University students registered to a Canadian university for the 2025/2026 academic year.

We're looking for people who share our vision for clarity, stability, and innovation at UTMUN 2026, and please take the time to look through the committees pages to see which committees you would interested in applying for.

You do not need prior MUN experience to apply, and we encourage everyone to apply. There is a thorough training plan for all UTMUN staff, which has been created to prepare you for any MUN situation. For this round, there will be no interview stage and this application is the only thing you will have to do to be considered for the position.

Please direct any questions or concerns to the Co-Chief of Staff, Isabella Perdigon and Wajid Zaman, at hiring@utmun.org.
