On the first Sunday of every month, I host a free 30-day health and fitness challenge focused on establishing good habits, finding balance in your crazy lifestyle, and achieving your goals with the support and accountability of a small, intimate group of women!
The challenge is NOT a "quick fix" or a diet plan. It is meant establish healthy habits that you can take with you into the rest of your life. I pour my heart and soul into these groups and I expect you to commit to your own health and happiness with a positive attitude!
I will be sharing daily tips, motivation, recipes, meal plans, and advice. We commit to encouraging and supporting each other every single day (through good days and bad days), doing a daily workout and drinking Shakeology, setting weekly goals, and keeping each other on track to really see positive changes in our bodies and minds. These groups are POWERFUL, and through them I've formed some friendships that will last for a lifetime.
