Due to the overwhelmingly positive response to our cosplay contest, online sign-ups are now officially closed! We have reached the cap required to fill our roster.

We know spots filled much faster than many people expected, and we appreciate everyone’s excitement and support. Because of the high level of interest, we will be offering a waitlist system this year to anyone who missed their chance to sign up online.

To be added to the waitlist, please e-mail cosplay@utahhachicon. If contestant spots open up due to cancellations or dropouts, we will contact people from the waitlist in the order requests were received on a first come, first served basis.

If the waitlist has not filled all cancelations by the time of the convention itself, we will offer our usual on-site sign-ups at the Cosplay Check-In table. Please feel free to e-mail cosplay@utahhachicon.com with any questions you may have!
