Can your event work within our space limitations? (We have 40 seats; audiences larger than that are less than ideal. For performances, 50 is about our upper limit. For parties, more than 100 isn't very comfortable. We have one toilet.)

Can your event work within our sound limitations? (We have to keep the volume at a very moderate/low level due to sound-bleed problems with neighbors. We discourage kickdrums and tend to EQ the bass frequency very low.)
