At Good Vibrations Society, we welcome all guests with access requirements.

To make your festival experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we offer complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) Tickets.

The deadline for all accessibility requests is one week before the show. Having all accessibility requests communicated to our team before this date will help them plan as best as possible.

The request form will close on Friday 23rd July.

To make access arrangements, you must follow these steps:

1. Complete this Access Request Form.

2. Send supporting documents to access@goodvibrationssociety.com

The supporting documents we accept are:

Front page of DLA / PIP letter
Front page of Attendance Allowance letter
Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
Credability’s Access Card showing you require a +1/+2 to accompany you. (See www.accesscard.org.uk for details)

Also considered documents are:

Letter from a medical professional (A Doctors note or a letter from an occupation therapist) or a personal letter from the GP, community nurse or social worker.
Social Services letter – Confirmation in writing from Social Services that the individual is included on their Deaf Register, or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70 – 95 dBHL or worse.

Please note that we do recognise that not everybody may have the above supporting documentation but still may require use of access facilities. If this is you, please contact our team before the deadline who will be able to advise

3. Wait for your approval of your request

Once our accessibility team have reviewed your form, they will be in touch to offer the free essential companion tickets, in the form of a code that grants two tickets for the price of one. The ticket price will be honoured at the time of filling out the form, so don't worry if there's a delay in the team getting back to you!
