23rd of October - 3rd of November 2018 with Acharya Mathias Pongracz in Dechen Chöling, Limousin, France.
Enlightened Society Assembly is a gathering of Shambhala warriors to contemplate, practice and manifest the principles of basic goodness in order to create a good human society. Students will deepen their commitment and intention to manifest basic goodness by taking the Enlightened Society Vow. We will practice the Shambhala Sadhana to support the journey of establishing trust and confidence in the basic goodness of oneself, others and society. We will contemplate how we can embody these principles to further personal and social transformation.
In 2018, Shambhala is pleased to open the regional Enlightened Society Assembly in France to english speakers. While this Assembly is geared toward the region in which it is held, it is also open to international applicants who speak English. We realise this offer comes late, space is limited. The application process for this regional ESA will be held locally by Yves Bret. The program is now open for applications and will remain so for a few weeks into September, or when it is full.
