G.I.F.T. of Grief Anthology Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in sharing your story in our anthology The G.I.F.T. of Grief: Learning Lessons, Healing Hearts. This collection will feature twelve authentic narratives exploring the journey through loss and healing. You will be considered for inclusion based on the responses provided.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

This anthology brings together diverse voices to explore how loss shapes us and how we find paths toward healing. Through personal narratives, we will explore the complex journey of grief while offering hope and connection to others walking similar paths.

Please note: To ensure a balanced representation of different loss experiences, we will compile the submitted stories which may result in more than one volume. Our goal is to create a comprehensive resource that honors the many facets of grief while providing diverse perspectives on healing.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW

- Story length: 2,500-3,500 words

- Professional author photo

- Author biography (150-200 words) plus social/contact info (if desired)

- Contributor fee: $350 (includes editing support, 5 complimentary copies, marketing graphic)

- Proposed Timeline: (subject to change)

  • June 30th: First writing submission
  • August 31st: Final writing submission 
  • November: Book release 

- Active participation in group book promotion for 6 months post-publication

- Purchase minimum of 10 book copies at discounted author rate of $10 each plus shipping and handling

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM I UNDERSTAND THAT:

- This is an initial expression of interest and does not guarantee inclusion in the anthology

- I will receive notification from the Visionary Author, Paula Hollis, regarding my inclusion in the project  

- The non-refundable $350 contributor fee is due only upon acceptance

- I will need to sign a formal contributor agreement once accepted

- All submission deadlines must be met to maintain my place in the anthology

- The complete project framework and guidelines will be shared upon acceptance and remittance of the participation fee
