Art of Mindfulness - Overcoming Negative Emotions
This semester (Spring 2020), the Divine Mindfulness division of HCNU will drive seminars/workshops on Overcoming Negative Emotions through the Art of Mindfulness. The lessons of Mindfulness are coming from the timeless Eastern traditions.


The Negative Emotions are summarized as BALLAD: 

Boredom, Anxiety, Loneliness, Laziness, Anger and Distraction.


These are top productivity inhibitors. Through a number of weekly sessions during Spring 2020, we will share various strategies and proven practices, that will be nothing short of a revolution for the consciousness.


Every session will also be accompanied with musical meditation and Vegan/Vegetarian food. And, everything will be offered with no cost to you.
