2024 Narcan, Mental Health 101, and Mental Health First Aid Trainings

Free training for Bloomington community members and business leaders seeking to increase their awareness of mental health conditions and methods of response.

Narcan / Mental Health First Aid (must complete two, four hour sessions for certificate): Tuesday, June 4th and June 11th, 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM @ City Hall Chambers


In this course:

Narcan Training (15 minutes): Learn how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and administer the opioid overdose reversal drug Narcan.

Mental Health First Aid: Learn how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults.
