Call for Proposals 2020
The Telemental Health Preparedness Summit is an interactive virtual event that will be held on May 18, 2020, to May 20, 2020. This informative summit will focus on the hot topics in telemental health and provide practical tools needed to initiate or enhance a clinician's ability to service clients virtually. We know that we can not do this without the innovation and expertise of professionals like you. If you are interested in being a speaker at the Telemental Health Preparedness Summit, please read on and submit your proposal below. All speakers will present content via teleconference and participate in live Q&A with the attendees.

Who Will Attend?
Participants of this summit include licensed professional counselors, social workers, counselor educators, counseling students, substance abuse counselors, psychologists and other helpers eager to interact with the latest and greatest telemental health tools and services. Attendees work in various settings to include private practices, counseling agencies, schools and universities, government/military, hospitals, treatment centers and more.

The following session formats make up the core conference sessions:

• 3-Hour Pre-Conference Sessions

• 1-Hour Education Sessions in conjunction with 15-Minute Q&A Sessions

Proposal Deadline:

Proposals will need to be submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 14, 2020. Speakers/Presenters being considered will be contacted and interviewed between April 16, 2020, and April 24, 2020. Approved presenters will be notified by April 26, 2020.

Proposal Evaluation:

Proposals will be evaluated on the following basis:
* Value/benefit to the Telemental health community
* Evidence base of the research and conclusions asserted in abstract
* Correlation to the listed topics for 2020
* Innovative nature of the potential presentation
* The interview (if applicable)
**All approvals are in the sole discretion of Telehealth Certification Institute LLC.

After your session, you can let participants know how to find you.
On the conference page, below your virtual session meeting, your contact information will be listed.
Your bio will be listed on the conference website.

Your session will be recorded and will be offered for sale on our website after the event. This will continue great exposure to your expertise and brand. We will hold non-exclusive rights meaning you can use the recording elsewhere.

If you are not selected for the live conference there is likely the option for us to record your presentation to make available on our site after the conference.

For approved presentations, there is a $300 payment to the presenter for conference sessions and a $600 payment for pre-conference sessions.

Approved presenters will be able to guide conference attendees to their own resources at the end of their presentation. See "Proposal Registration Information & Agreement" on the last page for details.
