بعد التهنئة بإلإجازة العلمية و
التخرج نفيدكم بفتح باب التقديم لاستخراج الشهادات لطلاب البكلاريوس لجميع الكليات التي تمت إجازت نتائجها في المجلس
العلمي رقم 157 فقط بتاريخ 10/12/2024.
يجب على
الطالب التأكد من أن اسمه قد تمت إجازته في المجلس العلمي بتاريخ 10/12/2024 ضمن
قائمة الطلاب ادناه بحسب الإسم (الكلية).
يقوم الطالب بتجهيز المستندات
الآتية المطلوبة قبل بدء عملية التقديم:
1) جميع الإيصالات المالية للرسوم
الدراسية ورسوم التسجيل خلال السنوات الدراسية في ملف واحد pdf مثلاً.
2) صورة فوتوغرافية حديثة بحجم
الباسبورت بخلفية بيضاء.
3) صورة من الشهادة الثانوية.
4) صورة من إثبات الشخصية.
5) صورة من إيصال سداد رسوم
الشهادات المطلوبة.
بعد التاكد
من إدخال جميع البيانات بصورة صحيحة يقوم الطالب بإرسال المستندات المطلوبة أعلاه 1-5 في ملف واحد (zip مثلا) على الإيميل التالي : iuacertificatekarima@gmail.com (مباشرة بعد ملأ الفورم) بحيث يكتب الطالب في عنوان الإيميل الإسم باللغة العربية والرقم الوزاري و رقم المجلس العلمي (سيكون 157 في هذه الحالة) والكلية - سيتم التواصل معكم لتوضيح موقف الشهادة وإجراءات
التسليم عبر الكشوفات التي ستعلن لاحقاً للطلاب الذين أكملوا الإجراءات بصورة صحيحة.
لا يسمح بتكرار التقديم -عند التكرار يتم إلغاء
الطلب.
يجب على الطالب أن يتأكد من صحة جميع المعلومات عند التقديم أي خطأ في صحة المعلومات يؤدي الى إلغاء الطلب.

After congratulating you on your academic leave and graduation, we would like to inform you that the application process for certificate issuance for bachelor’s degree students from all faculties whose results were approved in Scientific Council Session No. 157, dated 10/12/2024, is now open.
Students must ensure that their name has been approved in the Scientific Council on 10/12/2024 as part of the list of students below, according to their name (faculty).
Before starting the application process, students must prepare the following required documents:
All financial receipts for tuition fees and registration fees for the academic years, combined in one PDF file, for example.
A recent passport-sized photograph with a white background.
A copy of the high school certificate.
A copy of the personal identification document.
A copy of the payment receipt for the required certificate fees.
After ensuring all information is entered correctly, students should send the required documents (1-5) in one file (e.g., a zip file) to the following email: iuacertificatekarima@gmail.com. (Immediately after filling out the form) so that the student writes in the email subject: his name in Arabic, the number of the Scientific Council Senate (157) and Faculty. We will communicate with you to clarify the status of your certificate and the delivery procedures via the lists that will be announced later for students who have completed the process correctly.
Repeated applications are not allowed; in case of repetition, the request will be cancelled.
Students must ensure that all information is accurate when applying. Any mistake in the information will result in the cancellation of the request.
