Desert Paws Animal Rescue of New Mexico - CAT ADOPTION APPLICATION
Thank you for considering a rescue cat! Our adoption fees include their spay/neuter, vaccinations, testing, deworming, and microchip. Our medical fees often exceed this, but we want our kitties to be with the best families so we keep the adoption fees reasonable. After we receive your questionnaire, the adoption team will quickly look it over and if we think there's a possible match, we'll proceed to a meet & greet and home visit. We usually like to start adoptions at a time when the family members will be home (for instance on a Friday if you know you'll be home for the weekend) so that everyone has a chance to bond and get into a routine.

Please be considerate of the fact that we are a foster-based organization, there is no facility, so meet&greets have to be arranged at your home which may be quite a distance from where the cat is being fostered. We are an all volunteer organization so travel expenses and time off from work come out of our own personal pockets.
