We invite research proposals with a focus on Fitzmaurice Voicework and the conference theme Breathing is Meaning. What is it that your practice creates knowledge about? How can you make that available for others? Many aspects of FV and its impact are significant for research: your role as a teacher, your students’ processes, FV in context, FV integration of other approaches, new practices, inventions, interventions and so on.

The conference is a communal platform for us as FV teachers and practitioners to support each other and wonder together. If your research is at its start and your research question is still open, we encourage you to share.

The overall focus of research contributions is on the diversity of approaches and methods of dissemination, ranging from conventional paper presentations to experiential workshops and performances, or any combination of these that will serve your project best. The duration of the research contributions will vary from 20-60 minutes and the schedule will be made in collaboration with the presenters.
