 include ALL REFS I MAY NEED FOR YOUR IMAGE no SL or shaded references no written character refs  THERE IS NOW A "NO PROPER REFERENCE SHEET FEE"  OF 30$  please understand how time consuming and tedious it is for me to have to look at 5+ different images from other artists to correctly draw a character This Fee is non negotiable .  Complex markings or tattoos/ wings / extra limbs  may increase price.   I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE  if a party member of your commission drops out or there is a falling out between those involved , I will offer a replacement of the other character(s) involved but I will not refund if I have already started your commission

payment will be asked for only after I have approved of your commission ~ ,) I will then ask your your paypal address below so I may invoice you and confirm the payment was sent ~ payment is expected within 24 hrs of being accepted. Unlesss the total amount reaches 500.00+ Only then payments can be split up over a month But details will be discussed in private But I do not often accept  long payment plans And will not start working on the piece until I receive full payment

so that we can have easy communication throughout your entire commission process  my process of commissions in each stage will be posted in my trello to show current progress on commissions

I do not do deadlines so please don't ask for one , as I said before I sometimes work on these and stream aswell throughout the month but please don't come into a stream to ask about your commission  ,these however  will all completed within the month UNLESS  otherwise posted  !  if the progress is moving slowly taking longer than a month I will let commissioners know via twitter Or private Dms

USD / PAYPAL ONLY , you MUST be 18 yrs or older YOU MUST send payment in full from ONE paypal address once I approve your slot and the invoice is sent.
If any Changes need to be made to line work or to the sketch you see you MUST tell me between sketch and line work WIPS! I will not allow NIT PICKING of small things on your commission or add ins to the picture that was not stated in the original idea/ form!! ( so no " can you change his collar to THIS color," or " can you add a harness" ect ect))  , things must be said so before I start coloring. Once I have started coloring WILL NOT alter add or subtract any line work I have already laid down I will not alter work after the piece is completed this does not account for any en-fractures I have made towards the character in the flats phase ( missing spots or a pattern,/piercings , ) if you see Im missing something you need to speak up during that phase~
You MUST send payment IN FULL before you can receive any progress on your picture , And of course if I send a WIP and it takes you weeks or so to reply that will result in a slow down of your commission so please be fast to respond and look it over with me.
 I DO NOT accept SL ref sheets , shaded refs ,I need to be able to see your character clearly with clear view of patterns and details ,  No written refs or crudely drawn ref sheets as well  , I need full ref sheets in order to draw your character correctly , you will receive the final in a dropbox link or  preferably file through telegram I do not email finals .
I contain all rights to sell prints and such of the image , you may not resell or re distribute or change my work for your own profit

 I will allow only a  refund if I have not started  the coloring phase of your commission , I will charge for the work I have put in however and that will be discussed. I WILL NOT allow refunds after coloring or completed pieces  you may NOT use what I have sent in WIPs or any of the sort. I have every right to use the sketch or inks  after we have agreed to a refund or cancelation ( with adjustments to change characters or theme  ) for YCHs or whatever I may see fit.
