My packages include whatever you choose for your upcoming event. Each package comes with 12 prefilled items of each type that matches the theme of the event. If you need more than 12 items feel free to add that onto the last tab of this form.
Please fill out each question on this form with correct information. I will use the following information to contact you for payment information.
Full payment is required for smaller package orders. Deposit 50% is required for bigger package orders.
Rush orders are considered a week before event! If you select “Yes” it’ll be $20 more added to selected package!
