MdMCS Independent Study Enrollment Application
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once your application is received, returning families will receive an enrollment packet and new families will be contacted to schedule an enrollment conference.

There is an application fee of $100. Returning families will be invoiced for this fee. New families can pay through paypal.me/MdMCS2018 (copy & paste in your browser) or by check to MdMCS PO Box 1831 Fort Bragg, CA 95437. No deposit is due at this time.

Reduced tuition is not offered for independent study students.

We offer two tiers of independent study. The main difference between the tiers is the level of virtual support offered by the teacher to parents and students. Tier 1 is best for families wanting minimal instructional minutes each week. Tier 2 is best for families looking for more weekly instructional minutes.  Instructional minutes are virtual or phone conferences between parent and teacher and/or virtual lessons and conferences between teacher and student.

MdMCS is a 501.3c nonprofit and all donations go towards operations, staff salaries, student materials, enrichment and programming. We appreciate all donations. Donations do not take the place of tuition.

Payment of Application Fee *
Tuition Fees & Protocol
1) Tuition is collected monthly or annually.
2) Tuition is due by the 25th of the previous month. A nonrefundable deposit of one month is due at the time of enrollment and will be applied to the final month of the academic year.
3) We operate on a ten month academic/financial calendar.
4) All families enrolled in independent study must have a signed tuition and indepent study agreement on file before the first day of the academic year.

Enrollment Process
1) Submit completed online application and application fee of $100. Returning families will be invoiced for this fee. New families can pay through paypal.me/MdMCS2018 (copy & paste in your browser) or by check to MdMCS PO Box 1831 Fort Bragg, CA 95437.
2) Speak with the MIIS teacher for an enrollment conference.
3) Read and accept MdMCS policies and practices
4) Submit completed independent study agreement and one-month nonrefundable deposit.
