Photography and Videography: By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. The event organisers reserve the right to use these images and videos for marketing and promotional activities.

Event Changes or Cancellations:  In the event of cancellation, attendees will be notified, and refunds will be processed according to the refund policy outlined by the organisers.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or program with one weeks prior notice.In the event the Cableway is closed due to weather, the event will be moved to Vista(located at the lower station). This is a non-refundable event.

• Signature Productions cc (SP) and Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Co (Pty) Ltd (TMACC), its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any consequences of any injury, damage to or loss of property from any cause whatsoever sustained by any person or legal entity while present on and/or utilizing TMACC amenities and areas.

• All persons entering upon and/or utilize TMACC amenities at their own risk. TMACC amenities include, but are not limited to:

o The cable cars and their exterior and interior; TEN67 Eatery, KLOUD Bar, Shop, VIEWS by De Grendel, toilet facilities, pathways, and lookout points adjacent to the Upper Cable Station; the car park, TAP Bar, VISTA, Visitor Centre, kiosks, toilet facilities, and shops adjacent to the Lower Station.

o The equipment required and utilized for the operation of the cable cars.
o The exterior and interior of the Lower and Upper Cable stations, including the embarkation and disembarkation areas.

For your safety, when you hear the hooter, return immediately to the Upper Station
as high winds are approaching - Upper Cable Station will be closing.

Parents are to supervise their children at all times. Important notice to all persons
using the Table Mountain Cableway 

No Smoking :
Smoking is not permitted on the pathways as it is a fire hazard and a major source of litter.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable events beyond our control that prevent the event from happening, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, etc., SP and TMACC will not be held liable. Alternative arrangements or rescheduling may be considered.
