Shoot me an email every Friday, giving me an update on how the internship is going, any project you feel really good about working on, as well as any issues/concerns that may arise. Just so you know, I will be checking in with your internship supervisor from time to time to see how things are going from their perspective.
At the end of the semester, send me a reflection paper (no more than 3 pages) or a paper that lays out some of your biggest takeaways from the internship. You decide which of those two works best for you.
And finally, send all material (job reports and reflective essay) to me (Prof. Blakely) at
sherrodb@bu.edu. Make sure to always include your last name as the first wording of the subject line of your emails, such as [last name]

At the end of the semester, you will be evaluated by your supervisor based on your dependability, attitude, task ability, initiative, organization, attendance, and overall rating during your internship. If you experience any workplace issues such as finding yourself being harassed or in a hostile work environment, please let us know.
