Groups will train four days per week on a Monday-Thursday schedule (unless communicated otherwise). Below are a list of times for our different strength and conditioning sessions this summer. Coaches will be in contact with everyone who fills out a form to communicate which session they are assigned to as well as any additional details prior to our June 2 start date.
Coaches will also be communicating specific skill / open gym / open field opportunities for the summer that will exist outside of the below strength and conditioning schedule.
Session 1: Girls - All Girls / All sports - Grades 9-12:
9:00AM-10:30AM
Session 2: Boys - Grades 10th-12th: 8AM-9:00AM (10-12th grade boys (ran by football coaching staff))
Session 3: Boys - Grades 9th: 10:30AM-11:15AM ( 9th grade Boys) (ran by football coaching staff)
Session 4: Boys Basketball-7:15AM-8:00AM (Mon, Tue, Wed)
Session 5: Cross Country - ALL CROSS COUNTRY BOYS AND GIRLS: Your training sessions will be coordinated with your morning runs (DAYS & TIMES MAY VARY)
