Employee/Officials Hiring Interest Form
If you are interested in becoming a sports official or a supervisor for Santaquin sports, fill out this form. Supervisors need to be 17 or older. Officials need to be 14 or older. We are always in need of fun, confident and dedicated employees. Games are played mostly at nights (5-9 pm) during the week and some Saturdays. We are flexible  and will work with your schedules as much as possible. If you have questions, please call Melinda at 801.754.5805 during office hours.
