Climate Emergency Manchester survey
As part of our "With Love and Rockets" report, we said we'd ask folks in Manchester what they thought about climate activism (ours and other groups). Here it is! 1. So far CEM has produced 3 reports - “Climate Deeds not Words”, "Hung Drawn and Quarterly 01: The Dead Tortoise Society” and “With Love and Rockets.” If you’ve read any of them, tell us what you thought (what was good, bad, ugly?), so we can make future reports better.
2. What, with its limited resources, is the most useful thing CEM could do to hold the Council to account / offer it new ways of thinking? (even if it is likely to reject them)
3. What, with its limited resources, is the most useful thing CEM could do to support the activities of other activist groups in Manchester? (not just climate and environment-focused groups)
4. What things are NOT happening in Manchester that ought to be happening on climate change or ecology? (we’re not saying we can do them, just curious about your answers)
