Contact MLRI if You Can't Reach DTA for Help
MLRI is a statewide legal aid office. Legal aid organizations are nonprofit organizations that provide free legal services. MLRI sometimes works with individual clients. We focus on changing the laws and policies that impact residents with low incomes.

The Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI) would like to hear about any problems you or your clients are facing because you can't reach a DTA SNAP caseworker by phone (via 877 382 2363- the statewide Assistance Line). For the past 3 years, because of insufficient staffing DTA has not answered (has hung up on) more than 50% of calls trying to reach a caseworker.

If you would like to hear from a SNAP advocate at MLRI, include your phone number or email in this form and we will reply to you when we are able to.

Note: MLRI may not be able to represent you in your DTA case.

Any information shared below will be kept confidential by Massachusetts Law Reform Institute and will not be shared without your permission.
