Corissa Sutton Enterprises formally known as The Powherhouse Mom is a social enterprise utilizing coaching and solutions designed to strengthen and empower single moms and Momprenuers.
We utilize programs such as Self Empowerment & Pathways to Home Ownership to validate, edify and bring opportunities to women who are overcoming obstacles, facing hardships & losses.

BELIEF SYSTEM: Corissa Sutton Enterprises believes strongly in the “CSE - Trickle Down Impact ” which is our concept that if we uplift and support a (single) mom, the benefits of that support will trickle down to the children. CSE is an empowerment platform that encourages Single Moms and Mompreneurs to operate in the most authentic version of themselves.
Pathway to Homeownership - Single Moms Co-hort is a (pilot) program with the mission to empower independent mothers in to Homeownership.

Program details:
- Meet with Cohort monthly or as advised
- Intake with Corissa Sutton Enterprises& Thrive Resource Hub
- Complete vision board, self commitment letter, other requirements as recomendmended
- Complete Financial literacy Program through Emerge Mothers Academy
- Co-parenting / Family Meeting cards/ join Facebook Community Alysha Price of The Price Dynamic
- MommyCo Self Care box and join MommyCo Facebook Community - Alyshia Jackson
- Meet with financial planner or Homeownership coach (if needed) as a group & individually (monthly/regularly as directed)
- Enroll and complete First time homebuyer workshop
- Meet regularly with Lender partner to discuss credit, loan application and/or make a plan
- One on One meeting and accountability with Corissa Sutton

Participants must:
- Must live, want to live or work in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul /Twin Cities Metropolitan area or surrounding suburbs
- Review Agency disclosure
- Sign Exclusive Representation Agreement with Corissa Sutton
- Agree to a soft pull of their Credit Score
- Must be committed to doing the work towards homeownership & self empowerment
- Must be committed to themselves, their children and their homeownership goal(s)
- Follow all program requirement(s) as outlined and agreed
