A Team Leader takes a small group of volunteers to work on a specific project. Projects vary with each event, but includes things like trail work, trash pick-up, and invasive species removal among others. More importantly, a Team Leader is a responsible person who can manage a group, ensuring safe practices and return to lunch on time.
