2026 OBDG Prom Ambassador Application
Thank you for your consideration in applying for our Occasions by Dress Gallery (OBDG) Ambassador program! This program occurs from  November 1st - April 30th. We take this program very seriously and expect our ambassadors to as well. 

Failure to meet our requirements will result in your immediate expulsion from the program. If you cannot attend the following events you will be removed from the program immediately. Ambassadors will receive one warning prior to expulsion. Requirements include...
  • Enrolled and in good standing in their high school currently, and in 11th or 12th grade unless otherwise decided by Occasions By Dress Gallery.
  • Be active on their social media accounts.
  • Your social media accounts must be publicly viewable for the ambassador season in it's entirety.
  • Buy your prom dress(es) at Occasions by Dress Gallery. If you choose to forgo shopping at OBDG, you must approach the Ambassador Coordinator. Failure to communicate will suspend your eligibility.
  • OBDG ambassadors cannot be an ambassador or similar role for another formal wear store. And if you are an ambassador for any other brands (i.e. photographers, beauty products, activewear, etc) we must be informed of it. This is not a hindrance in your application.
  • Ambassadors must have their own transportation to get to the store and to the photo shoot locations. OBDG is not responsible for your transportation.
  • Attendance at our ambassador orientation night on November 9th at 3PM-5PM IS REQUIRED.
  • Come to OBDG to capture content in the store a minimum of once a month November 1st - April 30th. 
  • Post original content created by you a minimum of once a month to your Instagram AND Tiktok. You will be in coordination with the head of the ambassador program as to WHEN during the month you will post.
  • Repost and share content posted by Occasions accounts.
  • While creating content in the store ambassadors are responsible for properly hanging up dresses and cleaning up any props or equipment used.
  • Attend assigned photo shoots. Failure to do so will result in your immediate removal from the program. No exceptions for anything. These dates and times are subject to change and will be made with proficient notice to ambassadors. 
  • Come to assigned photoshoots prepared as designated by coordinator at or before start time.
  • No other non Occasions persons are able to attend photoshoots.
  • Must remain in contact with our ambassador program coordinator. We request once a month to touch base with the ambassador coordinator. Failure to do so will result in your one allotted warning.
  • Must regularly check group messages via IG, TikTok, or other specified groups.
  • Selected ambassadors must submit their signed contract at the ambassador orientation night, November 2nd 2025. Failure to submit at the meeting will result in getting expelled from the program.
In return for meeting these monthly requirements you will receive an exclusive discount for YOURSELF to use throughout the ambassador program dates of November 1st - April 30th. If you have not posted for the month you will not get to use your discount.

By submitting this agreement I understand that failure to comply to these requirements will result in expulsion from the Occasions by Dress Gallery 2025 homecoming ambassador program. I also understand Occasions by Dress Gallery has the right to expel ambassadors without warning. Slander of Occasions by Dress Gallery and Dress Gallery companies could result in pursuit of legal action.
