Culinary Adventure Camp
Teen Kitchen Cooking Camps were such a hit we've added two more camps at the end of summer.

Class fees help support our program, delivering meals to those in crisis due to illness in Santa Cruz California. Food prepared in the class does not get delivered to clients, it's enjoyed by the students!

August 7th- 11th. TWO CLASSES or one SUPER MEGA class that includes hiking at lovely Niscene Marks park in between classes.

9:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. "Eat The Rainbow" with Rebecca Mastoris. Each day we will create one sweet and one savory dish with one color of the rainbow. At the end of class we enjoy a nice lunch!

1:00 p.m.- 3:30 p.m.- A reprise of the "best of" our summertime camps! We will be working with professional chefs to spend each day focusing on creating one delicious dish. We will be making pasta with Chef Marco Ilaria, sushi with Chef Eriko, and pizza and special "kids choice" menus with Chef Mima for final two days.

Cost for one week of one 2.5 hour class: $215.

Cost for both classes (6.5 hours) with a hike break in between at Niscene Marks (we will take our Teen Kitchen Project van into the park and hike a different loop each day): $525
