Morning Workout Sessions with Hannah 7:00AM-9:00AM Monday - Thursdays, July 15th through August 2nd.
7:00AM - 9:00AM, Starting July 15th, three weeks, four days a week of non-stop on court tennis workout sessions. Please register in advance. Non-Club members are encouraged to join in. This workout is for players physically ready for high school tennis. Intentions are to get players ready for the rigors of team practices and athletic PE. Workout sessions will be lead by Hannah Riddick.

Sessions will be an intense workout starting with a 1 mile run each morning followed by various non-racket exercises and drills to build coordination, balance, agility, stamina and strength. The second hour will jump right into hitting balls (basket feeds and/or ball machine feeds). Students should be prepared with everything they might use in a match including water, towel, drinks, ice, change of clothes, extra racket, etc.

Rainouts - any days of rainouts, first will attempt to workout later than morning. If rain causes a cancellation, Fridays will be makeup day. No session July 29 due to freshman orientation, so August 2 is the makeup day for that session.

ABOUT HANNAH RIDDICK. Hannah is a upcoming Junior in her third year as a Hahnville High Tennis Team member. She has been playing tennis for 8 years. She has three years of experience an assistant to John Hebert at Grand Ridge Country Club and as an student instructor for two Hahnville tennis team junior camps.

ABOUT JOHN HEBERT. John is a USPTA certified professional tennis instructor and has been a tennis player for over 35 years. He has coached, provided lessons and clinics to hundreds of children ages 3 thru 18. John's students have gone on to play junior tournament tennis, high school tennis and college tennis.

I hereby consent to allow emergency first aid and other medical procedures, or hospital service that may be rendered by or at accredited hospitals, by appointed physicians, which at the time of injury or illness seem reasonably advisable. Acceptance of my child’s entry in these classes is without responsibility of any kind by John Hebert, John Hebert Tennis ™, Hebert Engineering Consultants LLC, coaches and staff, committees, management or the Grand Ridge Golf Club. In consideration of the acceptance of my participation, I do hereby for and on behalf of myself and my heirs and legal representatives release and forever discharge John Hebert, John Hebert Tennis™, Hebert Engineering Consultants LLC, coaches and staff, Grand Ridge Golf Club, their officers, organizations, committees, and representatives and their successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, and injuries, however arising, whether caused by the negligent or intentional acts of any personnel or representatives in these groups, representatives of other sponsoring entities, or by third parties, which injuries may be in any way related to any activities during the class sessions and any period traveling to or from classes, and all such claims are hereby waived and released, and I covenant not to sue therefore. The individual (parent or guardian), by checking the box below, does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless John Hebert, John Hebert Tennis ™, Hebert Engineering Consultants LLC, all coaches and staff, organizations, committees, management or Grand Ridge Golf Club entity from any liability which they may incur to the player, howsoever arising and whether caused by the negligent or intentional acts of the coaches, staff, representatives, or camp players. I understand that this tennis lesson will teach applicable USTA rules and regulations, general rules and regulations of tennis, the rules and procedures governing discipline of players in USTA sanctioned tournaments, the USTA code of ethics, tournament policy, and ranking regulations and agree to conduct myself (parent) accordingly. I have read and understand the foregoing releases, waivers and indemnity agreement.
