If you (or your child) are interested in being a participant in the Kids' Booth Vendors on Tuesday evening, please fill out the form below.

Two items to note:

o You MUST be a minor to participate as a Kids’ Booth Vendor. This means under age 18 on the day Kids’ Booth Vendors are open.

o Kids’ Booth Vendors may NOT sell any homemade food or drinks. ANY food or drinks sold must be commercially prepared, prepackaged, individually wrapped items.
